Killer Tunes Episode 48: 11-05-16

Ladies and Gentlemen, Episode 48… But before we do, I ‘d like to say that I am going to put Killer Tunes on hiatus after November. It’s been a year of episodes and a lot of fun to put together but it has also been a very time consuming project. Lately I have been working a lot and the odd moment when I am not at work I like to spend with loved ones. As a result I have found it increasingly difficult to find time to properly put together each episode. It has been a labour of love but the time has come for me to more wisely spend my spare time. I believe 95.7fm The Wolf will continue to run re-runs so keep tuning in and you never know, I may occasionally put a show together. Thanks for tuning in each week. It’s been a natural ball.

This month I am running a four episode feature on The Dickinson Family. James Luther Dickinson was the high priest of Memphis music and his storied legacy lives on through his sons, Cody and Luther. This months episodes of Killer Tunes will feature the music and legacy of this great american music family. Please enjoy and share widely.
